Meet founding member Malcolm
Sceptocrypt co-founder Malcolm moved to London back in 2007 forming and releasing 2 CDs with avant-world-noir act EthnaMorte until they folded in 2014, when he started re-composing for Sceptocrypt. A music tutor by profession, but also an adversary to musical comfort zones by choice, Malcolm’s creed has always been to challenge not conform to tradition. From how Sceptocrypt respects its extreme metal heritage but is not confined by it, to other bands he collaborated to over the years, as can be viewed at malcolmcallus.com. He also has a finger in the journalistic pie, most known as ex-editor/DJ for his own Rancid Soup zine & radio show, and reviewing contributor for both the Aussie Black Death Zine and Dutch portal brutalism.com!…
